EasyCare® is a modular system for digitalization in the health care sector that provides patients with the personalized care they deserve and enables health care providers and caregivers to continuously deliver their peak performance.
What is EasyCare®?
The logistics system, which can be tailored to specific needs features comprehensive traceability, advanced security and consists of 3 key components – inventory (based on defined patient needs), efficient distribution and direct take out.
The web interface facilitates the registration of patient requirements, allocation of equipment and status of delivery. Delivery utilizes 2 different systems; direct delivery from the warehouse to institutions and a mobile app for home delivery.
Identification of equipment is based on QR code technology with large data and storage capacity, but may be linked to any identification mechanism such as advanced RFID tags to track critical, expensive equipment.

The product is developed in conjunction with Smart Management AS,
lead operators for the system. They have extensive experience, gained during years of daily operations in the oil and gas sector.
General and financial support
Innovation Norge is an important partner that has played a critical role in product development since inception.
Pilot for on-site development
The success of the first product pilot was made possible thanks to the development work and support of Lyngdal kommune. Their staff ensured a “hands on” product that fulfils expectations and meets user needs.
Third-party software verification
The product is supported by Vri-Rogaland for functionality verification and to administer further potential benefits post-implementation. This is achieved
in collaboration with NSCC Lab and Norce.
